What is my tracking number?
Tracking will be available within 24 hours of your order placement. If you are having trouble finding your tracking number, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Order cancellations
All changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Cancellation Terms
- You must contact us within 24 hours.
- Orders are not eligible for cancellation after products have been shipped to customers.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event of a damaged product, please reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns. In your inquiry, please include:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we will happily resend your order at no extra cost to you.
What happens if I want to return my product?
In the event that you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund–no questions asked. Exclusions apply; custom orders and custom products cannot be returned or refunded. All custom order sales are final.
